  • The item must not be heavily used or damaged
  • It must be returned in reasonable condition
  • Original packaging is preferred, but not required

Important note

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We do not charge restocking fees

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

EU 14-day right of withdrawal

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval.

If approved:
